Returns & Exchanges

Return of the product – Terms, and Conditions:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return.

  • Submit your return request by sending an email to info@zanmoda.com stating the reasons and we will get in touch with you.
  • Return requests only accepted within 24 hours of receiving the shipments
  • Once the request is received and accepted, our team will be issued a request follow-up number so you can return the product that should reach us within 14 days.
  • No returns are accepted unless your email request is received within one day from the date of receipt of the goods (Delivery Date).
  • Items should be returned unused, with all ZANMODA and designer tags still attached.
  • Wherever-provided all packaging such as authenticity cards, should be included with your return.
  • No returns are accepted for the products purchased on Sale/ Promotions/ Discounts /Gift Coupons and products declared non-returnable.
  • Once the product is received it will be sent for a quality check.
  • On the approval of the quality check department, a refund will be made excluding the bank and admin charges.
  • If the product does not pass the quality check the refund amount will be decided by our quality team.
  • Please note that you are liable for return shipping, customs, and other incurred costs. UAE Return shipments are exempted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Pay Pal account. Shipping costs, customs paid, bank and other charges will not be refunded for items returned.
  • Customs duty, Shipping charges and any other charges incurred on returned shipments will be deducted from the amount at the time of refund.
  • Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and is not under our control.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Unfortunately, the order/transaction cancellation is not allowed until you receive the goods. But you can return the products and get refunds subjected to Returns and Refunds policy.
