Q) When do I get my tracking number?
All tracking will be available once the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives we will be able to update you with the tracking number.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels? Usually we do split large orders in to multiple parcels. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way!
Q) How long will my order take to deliver?
Your order should take between 3-6 to business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 1 to 2 days of ordering. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep using the tracking number provided .
Q) Will I have to pay any customs fees?
No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee.We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller's responsibility to pay it.

Q) Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
