Q) When do I get my tracking number?
All tracking will be available once the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives we will be able to update you with the tracking number.
Q) Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship worldwide!
Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels? Usually we do split large orders in to multiple parcels. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way!
Q) How long will my order take to deliver?
Your order should take between 7 to 21 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 2 to 5 days of ordering. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep using our Order Tracking page. For some countries, shipping may take longer than usual e.g. Italy they usually hold your order for longer at customs which means it could potentially not get your order until 49 days. We are not liable for this.
Q) Will I have to pay any customs fees?
No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee.We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller's responsibility to pay it.

Depends on item to item ,we do offer DHL express delivery sometimes.
Q) Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before completion.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 7 business days after we receive your order.

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order. *
All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. * The customer is responsible for return postage costs. * Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.) Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund. What if I received a faulty item?
